“Barbara…ensures that the coaching relationship is incredibly powerful. Barbara is fun to work with, she challenges, uses her intuition and senses, keeps you to task and ensures you achieve the results you desire. This is coaching at its best.”
- Nicola Riley Director, Strategy & Providers (GlaxoSmithKline)

Sometimes you, your team, or your business, has an issue or goal, and while you know it exists, perhaps have ideas on what you want to do about it, it remains unresolved or unachieved. You may even realize it is a reoccurring theme. You are a successful person and have good intentions about addressing the situation, or reaching the goal. You plan to make changes, behave differently, improve outcomes, start “tomorrow”, but when it comes down to it, it just doesn’t happen.
Or, there are times where you can’t really identify a particular “problem”, but feel as though something is either out of place, or entirely missing. You instinctively know something needs to change, but as hard as you look, you can’t put your finger on it. So how are you to ever address the situation?
Coaching is a tool that helps you work through these dilemmas, allowing you to grow and achieve, in a permanent and repeatable manner. It provides you the opportunity to focus and express yourself freely, exploring issues and options, within a judgment free and confidential environment.
I believe Coaching can open doorways one did not know existed, providing answers, alternatives and direction. I see Coaching as a catalyst allowing people, and organizations, to find their passion – their power – their identity, and the path meant exclusively for them.
I provide transformative and developmental coaching to businesses, working groups and executives, as well as individuals outside the working environment (known as life or personal coaching). I also offer learning and developmental packages, seminars and customized creations that combine my coaching, facilitation, speaking and consulting skills with my business and life experience.
