Barbara brings more than 35 years of corporate experience to her work. She has a demonstrable track record of continual involvement and success with new and challenging initiatives in the United Kingdom and the United States. Her wide-ranging experience includes: successful start-up companies, software solution development, process improvement, senior management staff development and leadership.
Barbara is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her coach training meets ICF requirements for accreditation and included segments on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Transactional Analysis (TA). The ICF is the leading global organization dedicated to setting high professional standards and providing independent certification for coaches. Her training was completed through Coaching Development Ltd. in London, UK and upon completion she received the honor of being selected to return and mentor for their program.
After having lived in London for more than seven years, Barbara presently resides in St Louis, Missouri (USA). She is both a United States and British citizen.
